PRINTING PLASTIC Components
We have an in-house setup of screen and pad printing on the various plastic components. We provide single and multi-color print options as well.
The printing is custom and completely specific to every client and the printing charges are based on the matter of the printing.
We have been in the printing industry for the last two decades and being a skilled job, we have experienced personnel to deliver quality printing products. Our current printing capacity is about 100,000 to 150,000 cassette printing per day.

INJECTION MOLDING
We have a combined moulding setup housing 9 Injection moulding machines amongst our various facilities in Goa and Delhi. We primarily manufacture our products exclusively along with the various client specific products as well, we do however offer services to take up moulding job work based on availability.
Our Moulding machines are in the range of 80 – 130 tonnes.

MOLDING DEVELOPMENT
We have a complete in-house tool room setup to design and develop various moulds. The complete designing of the components and moulds is done in house as well having an experience team for moulds development.
We also offer to make prototype moulds for design evaluations and confirmations prior to developing the full scale moulds. The moulds developed our client specific and exclusively for the respective client itself.

OPG Machine
Tonisha Electronics Corporation was founded in the year 1996 in the national capital of India, New Delhi. Over two decades ago Tonisha Electronics Corporation introduced the multiformat camera to use with Ultrasound scanners in India. In 2005, Tonisha forayed into the field of panoramic dental Radiography machines (OPG). The team at Tonisha designs the entire unit from scratch using their own technological ability and the resources available to them. The company rolled out its first unit in April 2006 and has supplied OPG’s to several reputed Medical Centers & Dental College all over the country India since then.
